Archaeology of Persona
Archaeology of Persona is a series in which I excavate how faces, bodies, and characters gradually take shape across self-portraits, drawings, and ceramic figures. When flat imagination becomes ceramic sculpture, inner persona becomes an existence that can be seen, touched, and walked around.

Persona as Excavated Strata
Archaeology of Persona does not define the self; it treats faces, bodies, roles, and clay as evidence surfacing layer by layer. Viewers may begin with self-portraiture, then see how drawings become ceramic forms, how life portraits gather, and finally arrive at ceramic personas that can be walked around.

Four Persona Layers
The four sublayers move from inside outward: first how the self is seen, then how drawings become ceramic forms, and finally how persona becomes a complete field through portraits, figures, and roles.
Self-Portrait Layer
Self-portraits and inner roles forming through faces, bodies, clay, and lines.

Life Portraits Layer
A gathering of beings with distinct faces, gestures, and personas.
Ceramic Persona Layer
Ceramic figures and walk-around personas as vessels of character and life.
Archaeology of Persona does not dig inward toward a single answer. It observes how self, roles, memory, and clay layer, shift, and take form across time.
When many faces, bodies, and viewpoints gather within the same field, wholeness no longer means singularity, but the capacity to hold many lives, roles, and ways of seeing at once.
